    We collect — From your door, in your window. Pockets emptied, please.

    Back to you — Most orders come back in approximately 24 hours. You see the invoice before delivery.

How is ironing priced?

Per item — the list above shows each one. Prices marked “from” depend on the piece. Every order has a $60 minimum, and all our services count towards it.

Can you wash and iron in the same order?

Yes. Choose “Wash, dry, fold + ironing” when you book, and tell us roughly how many pieces to iron.

What about delicate fabrics?

Let us know about silk, linen or anything delicate when you book. We follow the care instructions for each item, and if we have any concerns we’ll contact you before going ahead.
