A load is up to 5 kg and costs $35.00. A part load counts as a full load. Every order has a $60 minimum.

How long does it take?

Most orders are completed within approximately 24 hours.

Bulky items and special-care requests, such as hand washing or line drying, can take a little longer — we’ll tell you before we collect.

Can I ask for fragrance-free products?

Yes. Just choose fragrance-free when you book, or tell us about sensitive skin or allergies — your preferences are noted for every order.

What should I do before the pickup?

Please check and empty all pockets, and let us know about any delicate items or stains when you book, so each piece gets the attention it needs.
